Vibø- One To Many 12”

Here’s something I’ve seen kicking around a few wantlists, and rightfully so. Killer minimal synth meets dark post-punk guitarwave tracks here from this Belgian band. This is their only release, though I’m sure most have heard of this band via the Tribute to Some Bizarre series. They remind me quite a bit of bands like Siglo XX and the previously uploaded Bildenzone LP.

Not much more to be said about this one, so if anyone else has any information to share, please do! P.S.- the grammatical error in the title seems to be intentional.

Vibø- One To Many 12”
1. Clinical Death
2. The Game
3. Clinical Death (Proloog)
4. Machine
5. World Is Ours
6. Grandma

  6. Band originated from Kortrijk, Belgium around the same period as Siglo XX, De Brassers were popular in the country

  7. The origin of the band isn't from Kortrijk but from Eeklo.

Yes sir!!! Eeklo, East Flanders, Belgium. We were kicking ass in those days…Used to play the bassguitar in this band before I left to start my own one (Betty B) … That was shortly before they recorded this EP. Still sounds great!!!

I’m not sure if this is a problem with my ZIP reader, but all the tracks are labeled wrong.
Track 1 listed as Clinical Death is actually Machine
Track 2 listed as The Game is actually World Is Ours
Track 3 listed as Clinical Death Proloog is actually Grandma
Track 4 listed as Machine is actually Clinical Death
Track 5 listed as World Is Ours is actually The Game
Track 6 listed as Grandma is actually Clinical Death Proloog

Just thought everyone should know. Thanks for the upload and all the fine music you’re keeping alive.
